poskytuje obecné směrnice pro monitorování stavu konstrukcí s použitím parametrů, které se v typickém případě používají pro měření nebo monitorování výkonnostních parametrů konstrukcí, jako je výchylka, deformace, vibrace, sedání, natočení, teplota a pórový tlak v podzákladí. Struktura normy je taková, aby byla konzistentní s ISO 13380 a ISO 17359 pro usnadnění shodného přístupu k monitorování stavu systémů.
