Soubor norem ISO 21219 stanoví formát a protokol TPEG určený pro poskytování informací o dopravě koncovým uživatelům. Tato norma stanovuje aplikaci TPEG2-FPI pro informace o cenách pohonných hmot a dostupnosti. Aplikace umožňuje předávat aktuální informace o čerpacích stanicích, jejich poloze, názvu, nabízených službách, nabízených druzích paliv včetně jejich ceny a dostupnosti (včetně nových druhů paliv). Informace o pohonných hmotách nejsou v podrobnosti jednotlivých stojanů. Komplexní informace o elektrické nabíjecí infrastruktuře jsou předmětem aplikace TPEG2-EMI. Aplikace TPEG FPI je navržena jako doplňková služba s nízkými nároky na přenosovou kapacitu
