Tento dokument uvádí minimální požadavky a zkušební metody pro elastomerní seismické izolátory používané pro budovy a pryžový materiál používaný při výrobě těchto izolátorů. Je použitelný pro elastomerní seizmické izolátory používané k zabezpečení budov před poškozením zemětřesením.
