Tato část ISO 815 uvádí dvě metody pro stanovení trvalé deformace v tlaku pryže z vulkanizovaných a termoplastických elastomerů při snížených teplotách.

Metoda 1 používá postup podle ISO 815-1. Metoda 2 používá specifikované zkušební zařízení umožňující měření a záznam tloušťky zkušebního tělesa během zotavování. Vlivem působícího zatížení během zotavování u metody 2 není možná korelace mezi výsledky získanými oběma metodami
