Das vorliegende Dokument legt Anforderungen an die Montageplanung und die Montage von Photovoltaikmodulen (PV-Modulen), thermischen Kollektoren und Kombinationen daraus auf geneigten und flachen Dächern sowie hinterlüfteten Fassaden fest, unabhängig von deren Eindeckung oder Abdichtung. Die haustechnische Planung und Auslegung ist nicht Bestandteil dieses Dokuments. Diese ist für thermische Kollektoren in ÖNORM H 7777 sowie für PV-Module in OVE E 8101 geregelt. Anforderungen an thermische Kollektoren und PV-Module sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Dokuments. Die Montage von thermischen Kollektoren und PV-Modulen an Putzfassaden und Wärmedämmverbundsystemen sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Dokuments. Die direkt geklebte Montage von PV-Modulen ist nicht Gegenstand dieses Dokuments.
