Dieses Dokument legt die Zusammensetzung, die Anforderungen an die Eigenschaften sowie die Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen für gezogenes nahtloses Rundrohr aus Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen für Wärmeaustauscher, Kondensatoren, Verdampfer und Entsalzungsanlagen fest. Es gilt für Rohre aus Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen im Maßbereich von 6 mm bis einschließlich 76 mm Außendurchmesser und von 0,5 mm bis einschließlich 3 mm Wanddicke. Die Durchführung der Probenahme und die Prüfverfahren zur Feststellung der Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen dieses Dokuments sind ebenfalls festgelegt.
