Dieses Dokument definiert Gu¨temerkmale, die festgelegt sind als Beleuchtungsklassen fu¨r die Straßenbeleuchtung und den visuellen Bedu¨rfnissen der Straßennutzer entsprechen, und es beru¨cksichtigt Umweltaspekte der Straßenbeleuchtung. ANMERKUNG Im informativen Anhang A werden Lichtsta¨rkeklassen zur Begrenzung der physiologischen Blendung und des Sto¨rlichtes sowie Blendindexklassen zur Begrenzung der psychologischen Blendung definiert. Die Beleuchtung von Fußga¨ngeru¨berwegen ist Gegenstand des informativen Anhang B. Die Bewertung der physiologischen Blendung in Konfliktbereichen (C-Klassen) und fu¨r Fußga¨nger und Radfahrer (P-Klassen) ist Gegenstand des informativen Anhang C.
