Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Quecksilber in Aufschlusslo¨sungen von Boden, behandeltem Bioabfall, Schlamm und Abfall fest, die nach EN 16173 (Aufschluss mit Salpetersa¨ure) oder EN ISO 54321 (Aufschluss mit Ko¨nigswasser) und durch Kaltdampf-Atomfluoreszenzspektrometrie (CV-AFS) hergestellt wurden. Die untere Bestimmungsgrenze liegt je nach Aufschlussparametern bei mindestens 0,003 mg/kg (Trockenmasse).
