Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Schnellverfahren zur Bestimmung des Öl- und Wassergehalts handelsu¨blicher Ölsaaten mit gepulster Kernspinresonanz (NMR, en: Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) fest. Sie ist auf Rapssamen, Sojabohnen, Leinsamen und Sonnenblumenkerne mit einem Wassergehalt von weniger als 10 % anwendbar. Bei Saaten mit ho¨heren Wassergehalten ist eine Trocknung notwendig, bevor der Ölgehalt mit gepulster NMR bestimmt werden kann. ANMERKUNG 1 Dieses Verfahren wurde an Rapssamen, Sojabohnen, Leinsamen und Sonnenblumenkernen gepru¨ft. Dies schließt jedoch seine Anwendbarkeit auf andere handelsu¨bliche Saaten, deren Öl bei der Messtemperatur flu¨ssig ist, nicht aus. ANMERKUNG 2 Die Werte fu¨r die Vergleichpra¨zision sind im Allgemeinen ho¨her als die mit dem Trocknungsverfahren (ISO 665) erhaltenen Werte.
