Diese Internationale Norm beschreibt Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Gehaltes an Schwefel und an Chlor in biogenen Festbrennstoffen und pyrogenem biogenem Kohlenstoff und legt zwei Verfahren fu¨r den Aufschluss des Brennstoffs sowie verschiedene Analysenverfahren fu¨r die quantitative Bestimmung der Elemente in den Aufschlusslo¨sungen fest. Die Bestimmung anderer Elemente, wie z. B. Fluor und Brom, ist mit den in diesem Dokument enthaltenen Verfahren ebenfalls mo¨glich, es werden jedoch keine Leistungsdaten fu¨r diese Elemente angegeben. Der Einsatz automatischer Gera¨te ist in dieser Internationalen Norm ebenfalls enthalten, vorausgesetzt, dass eine Validierung entsprechend den Festlegungen durchgefu¨hrt wird und dass die Leistungskenngro¨ßen denen des in dieser Internationalen Norm beschriebenen Verfahrens a¨hnlich sind.
