IEC 62559-3:2017 defines the core concepts and their serialization into XML syntactic format of a use case template, an Actor list and list for detailed requirements This provides a common XML format for importing/exporting use case information between a variety of modelling software and repositories. For complex systems, the use case methodology supports a common understanding of functionalities, Actors and processes across different technical committees or even different organizations. Developed as software engineering tool, the methodology can be used to support the development of standards as it facilitates the analysis of requirements in relation to new or existing standards. Further arguments for the use case methodology and background information are available in IEC 62559-1. This part of IEC 62559 establishes the interfaces between the different use case repositories and/or UML engineering software tools. Once this level of interoperability is achieved, IEC 62559 can provide a reliable mechanism to interpret those XML data in order to represent graphically UML use cases. EC 62559-3:2017 definit les concepts cles exiges et leur serialisation en format syntaxique XML dun formulaire type de modele de cas dutilisation, dune liste dacteurs et dune liste dexigences detaillees.

Cela fournit un format XML commun pour limportation / lexportation dinformations de cas dutilisation entre une variete de logiciels de modelisation et de referentiels.
Pour les systemes complexes, la methodologie des cas dutilisation prend en charge une comprehension commune des fonctionnalites, des acteurs et des processus dans differents comites techniques ou meme differentes organisations. Developpee en tant quoutil de genie logiciel, la methodologie peut etre utilisee pour soutenir le developpement de normes car elle facilite lanalyse des exigences par rapport a des normes nouvelles ou existantes. Dautres arguments en faveur de la methodologie des cas dutilisation et des informations generales sont disponibles dans la CEI 62559-1.
Cette partie de la CEI 62559 etablit les interfaces entre les differents referentiels de cas dutilisation et / ou les outils logiciels dingenierie UML. Une fois ce niveau dinteroperabilite atteint, la CEI 62559 peut fournir un mecanisme fiable pour interpreter ces donnees XML afin de representer graphiquement des cas dutilisation UML.
