The process section discussed the impact on business processes. In addition, this section addresses application of business process changes in different types of business operations. The technology section provides a brief overview of the technologies most commonly associated with digital transformation. The impact these technologies can have within a business are reviewed. Finally, a section on organizational sustainability and its close interconnection with digital transformation is presented.
