The present IRS about technical inspections during wagon transfer provides a detailed description of damage detection in wagons, based primarily on the original RIV standards and the content of Appendix 9 of the GCU following its latest reform in 2025. Consequently, this document incorporates the content removed from Appendix 9 concerning quality samples from trains, as well as other highly relevant aspects relating to the transfer of wagons between railway undertakings.

Throughout this process, the contents of Appendix 9 prior to its reform, the adaptation of references (ISO standards and the GCU itself), and other minor adjustments due to the migration of content from Appendix 9 of the GCU to this document have been taken into account.

Technische Übergangsuntersuchung - TTI-25|Die vorliegende IRS über technische Untersuchungen beim Wagenübergang beschreibt detailliert die Erkennung von Schäden an Wagen, wobei sie sich hauptsächlich auf die ursprünglichen RIV-Normen und den Inhalt von Anlage 9 des AVV nach dessen letzter Reform im Jahr 2025 stützt. Daher enthält das vorliegende Dokument die aus Anlage 9 gestrichenen Inhalte, die sich auf die Qualitätsproben von Zügen beziehen, sowie weitere sehr relevante Inhalte im Zusammenhang mit dem Wagenübergang zwischen Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen.

In dieser Arbeit wurden der Inhalt von Anlage 9 vor der Reform und die Anpassung der Verweise (ISO-Norm und AVV selbst) sowie andere geringfügige Anpassungen aufgrund der Übertragung des Inhalts von Anlage 9 des AVV in dieses Dokument berücksichtigt.
