The IRS 60650 is the transposition of the UIC Leaflet 650 - 5th Edition - issued on the 1st January 1983. The IRS 60650 replaces the UIC Leaflet 650. This UIC Leaflet 650 was numbered as Leaflet 104 until 1952 and 612 until 1981.
