Dieser Teil von IEC 60317 legt die technischen Lieferbedingungen von lackisolierten runden Kupferdrähten der Klasse 200 mit einer Dreischichtisolation fest. Die Grundisolation basiert auf Polyester oder Polyesterimidharz, das modifiziert sein darf, vorausgesetzt, die wesentlichen chemischen Eigenschaften des ursprünglichen Harzes bleiben erhalten und die Anforderungen dieser Lieferbedingung werden erfüllt. Die zweite Isolierschicht basiert auf Polyesteramidimidharz. Die dritte Isolierschicht ist eine Backlackschicht, die aus einem thermoplastischen oder härtbaren Harz besteht.Der Bereich für die Nennmaße der in dieser Norm behandelten Drähte beträgt: - Grad 1B: 0,050 mm bis einschließlich 1,600 mm; - Grad 2B: 0,050 mm bis einschließlich 1,600 mm. Die Nennmaße für den Leiter sind in IEC 60317-0-1:2013, Abschnitt 4, festgelegt.
