Dieser Teil von IEC 60317 behandelt die technischen Lieferbedingungen von lackisolierten Flachdrähten aus Kupfer der Klasse 240 mit einer Umhüllung aus aromatischen Polyimidharz. Der Bereich für die Nennmaße der in dieser Norm behandelten Drähte beträgt: - Breite: min. 2,00 mm, max. 16,00 mm; - Dicke: min. 0,80 mm, max. 5,60 mm. Drähte mit Grad 1 und Grad 2 sind in dieser Norm eingeschlossen und gelten für den gesamten Leiterbereich. Die festgelegte Kombination von Breite und Dicke sowie das festgelegte Verhältnis Breite/Dicke sind in IEC 60317-0-2 dargestellt.
