Dieses Prüfverfahren kann sowohl auf kleine Einrichtungen oder Bauelemente als auch auf große Einrichtungen angewendet werden. Die Prüfung ist auf wärmeabgebende und nicht wärmeabgebende Prüflinge anwendbar.
