Dieses Verfahren ist anwendbar für Materialien, die im gesamten verwendeten Temperaturbereich fest sind und über den gesamten Temperaturbereich ausreichend hart und starr bleiben, so dass es am Probekörper nicht zu unumkehrbaren Eindrückungen durch den Messfühler kommt.
