Dieser Teil von IEC 61223 gilt für CT-SCANNER, die IEC 60601-2-44:2009, IEC 60601-2-44:2009/AMD1:2012 und IEC 60601-2-44:2009/AMD2:2016 entsprechen. IEC 60601-2-44 und dieses Dokument - definieren die wesentlichen Parameter, die die Leistungsmerkmale von CT-SCANNERN in Bezug auf Bildqualität, Augangsleistung der STRAHLUNG und PATIENTEN-Positionierung beschreiben; die Liste der zu prüfenden Parameter ist in 4.3 enthalten, - definieren die Methoden zum Prüfen der wesentlichen Parameter und - bewerten die Übereinstimmung der Toleranzen dieser Parameter mit den SPEZIFIKATIONEN in den BEGLEITPAPIEREN. Die in IEC 60601-2-44 und diesem Dokument definierten Methoden basieren auf nicht-invasiven Messungen unter Anwendung der entsprechenden Prüfmittel während oder nach der Installation. Abgezeichnete Berichte, die einzelne Teile des Installationsverfahrens bestätigen, können als Teil der Dokumentation der ABNAHMEPRÜFUNG verwendet werden. Dieses Dokument gilt für ABNAHMEPRÜFUNGEN und KONSTANZPRÜFUNGEN an einem CT-SCANNER. Ziel der ABNAHMEPRÜFUNGEN ist es, die Konformität der Installation oder der WESENTLICHEN WARTUNGSMAßNAHME mit Spezifikationen zu prüfen, die sich auf die Bildqualität, die STRAHLUNGSAUSBEUTE oder die PATIENTEN-Positionierung beziehen.
