Dieses Dokument, das eine Technischen Spezifikation ist, a) stellt das Freifeld-Selbstreziprozitätsverfahren mit konvergenten Kugelwellen für die Kalibrierung von Ultraschallwandlern auf, b) legt die Messbedingungen und das experimentelle Verfahren fest, die erforderlich sind, um die elektroakustischen Parameter und die Schallausgangsleistung mit dem Selbstreziprozitätsverfahren zu bestimmen, c) stellt die Kriterien für die Überprüfung der Reziprozität dieser Wandler und des linearen Bereichs des fokussierten Feldes auf, und d) gibt eine Anleitung zur Beurteilung der Gesamtmessunsicherheiten für den Strahlungsleitwert. Dieses Dokument ist anwendbar für: 1) kreisförmig sphärisch gekrümmte, konkave fokussierende Wandler ohne mittiges Loch, die im linearen Amplitudenbereich arbeiten, 2) Messungen im Frequenzbereich von 0,5 MHz bis 15 MHz und 3) Schalldruckamplituden im fokussierten Feld innerhalb des linearen Amplitudenbereichs.
