Ausgenommen davon sind Prüfroutinen in Bestandseinheiten (zB Wohnungen, Büros, Geschäftsräume, bestehende Betriebsanlagen samt jeweiligem Zubehör), die aufgrund vertraglicher Vereinbarung einer ausschließlichen Nutzung unterliegen.
