Zerstörungsfreie Begutachtungen für bestehende Gesamtanlagen mit Wohngebäuden, in denen sich zumindest eine Wohnung befindet und diese nicht als Dienst-, Natural- oder Werkswohnung überlassen wurde, sowie alle weiteren für die Nutzung vorgesehenen Einrichtungen und Anlagen. Ausgenommen davon sind Prüfroutinen in Bestandseinheiten (zB Wohnungen, Büros, Geschäftsräume, bestehende Betriebsanlagen samt jeweiligem Zubehör), die aufgrund vertraglicher Vereinbarung einer ausschließlichen Nutzung unterliegen. Allfällige behördliche Verfahrensschritte sind nicht Gegenstand dieser ÖNORM.
