Diese ÖNORM enthält ausschließlich die allgemeinen Empfehlungen über die Mindestinhalte für Bauträgerverträge nach dem Bauträgervertragsgesetz - BTVG zum Schutz der Erwerber und gilt daher nur dann, wenn vor Fertigstellung Zahlungen von mehr als EUR 150 pro m2 Nutzfläche für die Errichtung oder durchgreifende Erneuerung geleistet werden müssen. Dabei sind auch solche Zahlungen an den Bauträger oder an Dritte zu berücksichtigen, die der Erwerber für vom Bauträger angebotene oder vorgegebene Sonder- oder Zusatzleistungen entrichten muss.
