Diese ÖNORM ist anzuwenden für die räumliche und zeitliche Einordnung von Einbauten, wie Anlagen der Abwasserbeseitigung, der Wasser-, Gas-, Strom- und Fernwärmeversorgung, der Beleuchtung, der Verkehrsregelung, der Telekommunikation u.dgl., von Verkehrseinrichtungen (z.B.: Straßenbahn) und von allen übrigen Baukörpern (z.B.: Fundamenten, Schächten) sowie von Baumpflanzungen im Bereich von Straßen und in öffentlichen Grünanlagen, sowohl in bebauten als auch in zur Bebauung vorgesehenen Gebieten. Auch außerhalb dieser Gebiete ist eine Koordinierung von unterirdischen Einbauten im Sinne dieser ÖNORM anzustreben.
