Die vorliegende ÖNORM enthält ergänzende Bestimmungen zur ÖNORM EN 771-1 und ist gemeinsam mit dieser anzuwenden. Diese ÖNORM ist anzuwenden für ż alle werkmäßig gefertigten Mauerziegel für tragendes Mauerwerk gemäß ÖNORM EN 1996 (alle Teile) (EUROCODE 6) und ÖNORM B 1996 (alle Teile), ż alle werkmäßig gefertigten Mauerziegel für nichttragendes Mauerwerk gemäß den ÖNORM B 3358- 1 und ÖNORM B 3358-2, die zur Herstellung von Mauerwerk im Hoch- und Tiefbau bestimmt sind. Diese ÖNORM ist zur Anwendung in Mauerwerk in nicht angreifender Umgebung oder in mäßig angreifender Umgebung im Sinne der ÖNORM EN 771-1:2015, Anhang B vorgesehen.
