Diese ÖNORM dient zur Umsetzung der ÖNORM EN 14695 und ist gemeinsam mit dieser anzuwenden. Sie legt im Abschnitt 5 die technischen Mindestanforderungen an Bitumenbahnen mit Trägereinlage für Abdichtungen von Betonbrücken und anderen Verkehrsflächen aus Beton, bei denen das Abdichtungssystem mit dem Brückenüberbau verbunden und mit Asphalt beschichtet ist, hinsichtlich der prinzipiellen Verwendbarkeit in Österreich fest. In Österreich kommen Polymerbitumenbahnen zur Anwendung. Die spezifischen Anforderungen finden sich im Abschnitt 6.
