Diese ÖNORM ist gemeinsam mit der ÖNORM B 5330-1 anzuwenden und enthält ergänzende Anforderungen an Stahlzargen, die aus gewalzten oder gepressten Stahlblechprofilen hergestellt werden und dazu bestimmt sind, in Ständerwandsystemen mit Gipsplatten eingebaut zu werden. Sie gilt für gefälzte oder stumpfe (ungefälzte) einflügelige Türblätter mit einer Masse von maximal 60 kg. Für das Versetzen der Stahlzargen, der Gipsplatten sowie der Unterkonstruktionen gelten die ÖNORMEN B 5335 und B 3415.
