Im vorliegenden Dokument werden die Randbedingungen zur Berechnung des Heizwärmebedarfs und des Kühlbedarfs gemäß ÖNORM B 8110-6-1 festgelegt. Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung standortabhängiger Normaußentemperaturen fest, basierend auf den Daten der Datei żOIB-Richtlinie 6, NAT Excelż, die das Österreichische Institut für Bautechnik (OIB) auf seiner Homepage zur Verfügung hält. Außerdem legt das vorliegende Dokument ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung von Außenlufttemperaturen mit einer Überschreitungshäufigkeit von 130 Tagen in 10 Jahren fest. Grundlage hierfür sind die Daten der Datei żOIB-Richtlinie 6, NAT-T13 Excelż. Die ermittelten Ergebnisse dienen zur Erstellung des Energieausweises gemäß OIB-Richtlinie 6.
