Im vorliegenden Dokument werden die Grundlagen zur Berechnung des Heiztechnikenergiebedarfs auf Basis der Nutzungsprofile des Warmwasser- und Raumheizwärmebedarfs festgelegt. Die Berechnung erfolgt durch die Ermittlung der Verluste für die Wärmeabgabe, Wärmeverteilung, Wärmespeicherung und die Wärmebereitstellung. Ebenso werden die Erträge aus Solarthermie- und Photovoltaikanlagen ermittelt, sowohl für Warmwasser als auch für die Raumheizung. Diese Berechnungen basieren auf einer Monatsbilanzierung. Die ermittelten Ergebnisse dienen zur Erstellung des Energieausweises gemäß OIB-Richtlinie 6.
