Sie ist auf kontinuierlich arbeitende Konzentrationsmeßgeräte und -systeme anzuwenden, mit welchen der zeitliche Verlauf der Konzentration gas- und staubförmiger Luftverunreinigungen (Emission einer Anlage) festgestellt werden kann. Die Erfüllung der gestellten Anforderungen ist in einem Eignungstest, der beschrieben wird, festzustellen. Weiters werden Hinweise für den Einbau und Wartung derartiger Geräte gegeben.
