Die vorliegende ÖNORM gilt für kleine Bestrahlungsfelder, die bei fluenzmodulierter Strahlentherapie (IMRT), bei stereotaktischer Bestrahlung sowie bei fluenzmodulierter Strahlentherapie mit Bewegung der Gantry (IMAT) mit dem Elektronenbeschleuniger verwendet werden. Dies gilt sowohl für Beschleuniger mit als auch ohne Ausgleichsfilter. Die in dieser ÖNORM beschriebene Methode ist eine Anschlussmessung mit für die Dosimetrie kleiner Felder verwendbaren Strahlungsdetektoren zu Ionisationskammern, die gemäß ÖNORM S 5234-3 verwendet wer-den.
