Dieses Dokument legt die technischen Lieferbedingungen für Flacherzeugnisse aus legierten Edelstählen mit höherer Streckgrenze fest. Die Sorten und Gütegruppen sind in den Tabellen 1 bis 3 (chemische Zusammensetzung) sowie 4 bis 6 (mechanische Eigenschaften) aufgeführt und sie werden im vergüteten Zustand geliefert. Die Stähle nach diesem Dokument sind anwendbar für warmgewalzte Flacherzeugnisse mit einer Mindestnenndicke von 3 mm und einer Höchstnenndicke von 200 mm für die Sorten S460, S500, S550, S620 und S690 sowie einer Höchstnenndicke von 125 mm für die Sorten S890 und S960, die nach dem Vergüten festgelegte Mindestwerte der Streckgrenze im Bereich von 460 MPa bis 960 MPa aufweisen.
