Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an Verpackungsblecherzeugnisse in Form von Band in Coils für die direkte Verwendung und für die häufigste Verwendung zur Erzeugung von elektrolytisch verzinktem Blech oder von Coils, die elektrolytisch entweder mit Zinn (Weißblech) oder Chrom/Chromoxid (ECCS oder ECCS RC) elektrolytisch beschichtet sind. Feinstblech wird in Nenndicken von typischerweise 0,10 mm bis 0,60 mm in Stufen von 0,005 mm geliefert. Dieses Dokument gilt für Band in Coils mit einer minimalen Nennbreite von 600 mm. In Ergänzung zu diesem Dokument gelten die allgemeinen technischen Lieferbedingungen nach EN 10021. ANMERKUNG Für besondere Anwendungen, z. B. "Laschenband", kann das Band auch als durch Längsteilen hergestelltes schmaleres Band in Coils geliefert werden.
