Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren der optischen Emissionsspektrometrie mit induktiv gekoppeltem Plasma fest, das zur Bestimmung von Nickelanteilen (Massenanteilen) in legierten Stählen zwischen 5,0 % und 25,0 % angewendet wird. Das Verfahren ist nicht auf legierte Stähle anwendbar, die Niobium- und/oder Wolframanteile von mehr als 0,1 % haben.
