1.1 Diese Europäische Norm gilt für serienmäßig produzierte Flüssigkeitskühler, die mit einem Kältemittel arbeiten. Der Zweck ist, einheitliche Verfahren festzulegen, um folgende Punkte zu prüfen und sicherzustellen: - Produktkennzeichnung - Leistung - Flüssigkeitsmassenstrom - Druckabfall auf der Flüssigkeitsseite Sicherheitstechnische Gesichtspunkte sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Europäischen Norm. 1.2 Die Norm behandelt folgende Bauarten serienmäßig produzierter, kältmittelgekühlter Flüssigkeitskühler: a) Rohrbündel-Flüssigkeitskühler mit: 1) dem Kältemittel im Mantel und 2) dem Kältemittel im (in den) Rohr(en) b) Flüssigkeitskühler koaxialer Bauart mit: 1) dem Kältemittel im Ringraum; 2) dem Kältemittel im (in den) Rohr(en) c) Platten-Flüssigkeitskühler
