Dieses Dokument ist anwendbar für Drehflügel- und Schiebetüren mit einrastenden Verschlüssen (z. B. Fallen, Riegel) für die Benutzung durch Personen. Es legt die Prüfverfahren zur Ermittlung der Kräfte zum Öffnen/ Schließen, zum Ein-/Ausklinken und zum Ver-/Entriegeln der Baubeschläge durch einen Schlüssel oder Griff fest. Es ist nur für die manuelle Bedienung von Türen anwendbar. Diese Türen können mit Folgendem ausgestattet sein: - Notausgangsverschlüsse oder Paniktürverschlüsse; - Türschließvorrichtungen. ANMERKUNG Die Bedienung einiger Fenster schließt einrastende Verschlüsse (z. B. Fallen, Riegel) ein, und diese können nach diesem Dokument geprüft werden. Wenn im Text von "Türblatt"/"Türblättern" die Rede ist, kann dies auch als "Drehflügel"/"Schiebeflügel" interpretiert werden.
