Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Dünne Asphaltdeckschichten in Kaltbauweise für Straßen, Flugplätze und andere Verkehrsflächen. Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Probenahme von Mischgut für Dünne Asphaltdeckschichten in Kaltbauweise während des Einbauprozesses fest. Ein Verfahren zur Probenahme von der Straßenoberfläche nach Einbau der Deckschicht ist in einem informativen Anhang (Anhang A) für Bewertungszwecke beschrieben. Für die Produktionsprüfung sind Prüfer mit Erfahrung notwendig; die Produktionsprüfung wird durchgeführt, wenn keinerlei besonderen lokalen oder nationalen Bestimmungen zu befolgen sind.
