Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Konsistenz von Frischbeton mit Hilfe der Vébé-Zeit fest. Die Prüfung ist für Proben geeignet, deren Nennwert D des Größtkorns der gröbsten der im Beton verwendeten Gesteinskörnungen (Dmax) nicht größer als 63 mm ist. Wenn die Vébé-Zeit weniger als 5 s oder mehr als 30 s beträgt, hat der Beton eine Konsistenz, für die die Vébé-Prüfung nicht geeignet ist.
