Diese ÖNORM beschreibt ein gaschromatographische Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Rückständen von Dithiocarbamaten und Thiuramdisulfid-Fungiziden, die unter den beschriebenen Bedingungen Kohlenstoffdisulfid (Schwefelkohlenstoff) freisetzen (zB Mancozeb, Maneb, Propineb, Thiram, Zineb). Sie ist auf die Bestimmung dieser Substanzen in und auf Früchten und Gemüsen, aber auch in und auf Getreide und anderen Lebensmitteln pflanzlichen Ursprungs anzuwenden. Mit diesem Verfahren ist nur die Quantifizierung der ganzen Gruppe möglich, nicht jedoch die Identifizierung einzelner Wirkstoffe. Im allgemeinen sind die zB von der WHO oder der EU festgelegten Höchstmengen auf Kohlenstoffdisulfid bezogen.
