Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Wirksamkeit eines Schutzmittels zur Verhinderung des Durchwachsens des Echten Hausschwamms durch den behandelten Mörtel, bei dem auf ihrer Oberseite behandelte Mörtelprüfkörper der Einwirkung des Prüfpilzes ausgesetzt werden, fest. Dieses Verfahren ist nur für Mauerwerksfungizide anwendbar, die als echte Lösung des Schutzmittels in Wasser oder als wasserbasierte Schutzmittel-Emulsionen angewendet werden. Es gilt nicht für Schutzmittelpatronen, Pasten und ähnliche Schutzmitteltypen. Das Verfahren ist anwendbar für Schutzmittel, die mittels Streich-, Sprüh- und/oder Injektionstechniken auf das Mauerwerk aufgebracht oder Putz- und Gipsverputzmörteln für Mauerwerke zugemischt werden.
