Diese ÖNORM gilt für WC-Druckspüler und Urinaldruckspüler mit selbsttätigem Abschluss, welche in WC-Becken, in Verdrängungsbecken oder in Absaugurinalen zur Anwendung kommen können. Festgelegt werden u.a. die Anforderungen an Kennzeichnung und Markierung, an physikalisch-chemische Eigenschaften, Maße, Dichheit, Druckbeständigkeit, hydraulische Eigenschaften, mechanisches Zeitstandverhalten und Geräuschverhalten. Weiters werden Anforderungen an den Rohrunterbrecher gestellt sowie Verfahren zur Überprüfung der gesammten Eigenschaften gegeben. Keine Gültigkeit hat diese ÖNORM für berührungslos ausgelöste Armaturen.
