Diese Europäische Norm legt die Maße und die Kennzeichnung von RTJ-Dichtungen aus Metall zur Verwendung mit Flanschen nach prEN 1759-1:2000 mit Dichtflächen Form J für Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900 und Class 1 500 von DN 15 bis DN 600 sowie für Class 2 500 bis DN 300 fest. ANMERKUNG 1 Die Maße für andere Dichtungsformen für Flansche nach prEN 1759-1:2000, prEN 1759- 3:1994 und prEN 1759-4:1997 sind in prEN 12560-1:2000, prEN 12560-2:2000, prEN 12560-3:2000, prEN 12560-4:2000, prEN 12560-6:2000 und prEN 12560-7:2000 enthalten. ANMERKUNG 2 Werkstoffe für RTJ-Dichtungen aus Metall gehören nicht zum Anwendungsbereich dieser Norm, jedoch werden in Anhang A typische Werkstoffe und deren Härten als Anleitung aufgeführt.
