Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der dynamischen Viskosität von bitumenhaltigen Bindemitteln mit Hilfe eines Vakuum-Kapillar-Viskosimeters bei 60 °C im Bereich von 0,003 6 Pa·s bis 580 000 Pa·s fest. Andere Temperaturen sind möglich, wenn die Kalibrierkonstanten bekannt sind. Bitumenemulsionen und nicht-newtonsche Bindemittel (z. B. einige polymermodifizierte Bitumen) fallen nicht in den Anwendungsbereich dieses Verfahrens.
