Dieses Dokument behandelt die besonderen Anforderungen und Leistungskriterien für die Bemessung und Ausführung von Ortbeton-Schornsteinen und Fertigteil-Schornsteinen. Sie gibt Anforderungen an, die die mechanische Festigkeit und Standsicherheit von Betonschornsteinen nach den in EN 13084-1 angegebenen allgemeinen Anforderungen sicherstellen. Für an Gebäuden abgestützte Schornsteine gelten die in Abschnitt 1 von EN 13084-1:2000 angegebenen Kriterien. Sofern es in den folgenden Abschnitten nicht anders angegeben, gilt die Grundnorm für die Bemessung von Betontragwerken ENV 1992-1.1.
