Dieses Dokument legt ein System zur Bezeichnung von Profilen aus weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-U) für die Anwendung im Bauwesen fest. Dieses System ist für die Verwendung bei der Produktspezifikation vorgesehen, nachdem die Anwendung festgelegt ist. ANMERKUNG Es ist vorgesehen, dieses System zur Bezeichnung von PVC-U-Profilen für Informationen in den technischen Unterlagen des Herstellers und nicht zur Kennzeichnung der Produkte zu verwenden. Dieser Teil ist anwendbar für durch ein Monoextrusions- oder ein Koextrusionsverfahren erhaltene PVC-U-Profile jeglicher Farbe mit oder ohne Oberflächenveredelung (z. B. Folie, Lack oder Druck). Dieses Dokument legt Mindestanforderungen an die Oberflächenveredelung von PVC-U-Profilen fest. Profile für die Führung elektrischer Stromkabel, Datenkabel und Stromschienen für die Verteilung von elektrischem Strom, Fenster- oder Türprofile und Profile für Dachrinnen werden durch dieses Dokument nicht abgedeckt .
