Dieses Dokument legt das Verfahren zur Bewertung und Überprüfung der Leistungsbeständigkeit (AVCP) von hydraulischen Tragschichtbindern einschließlich der Zertifizierung der Konformität der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle fest. Dieses Dokument enthält technische Regeln für die werkseigene Produktionskontrolle, die Prüfung von im Herstellungsbetrieb entnommenen Proben (interne Überwachungsprüfung), die Bewertung der Leistung des hydraulischen Tragschichtbinders, die Erstinspektion des Herstellungsbetriebs und der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle sowie die kontinuierliche Überwachung, Bewertung und Evaluierung der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle. Die im Technischen Bericht CEN/TR 14245 enthaltenen Leitlinien enthalten Informationen zur Anwendung dieses Dokuments.
