Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt unter Berücksichtigung der bisherigen Erfahrungen die Untersuchungen zur Behandlung von Böden mit Kalk und/oder hydraulischem Bindemittel. Zweck der Prüfung ist, innerhalb eines Zeitraums von maximal 14 Tagen nachzuweisen, dass das Gemisch aus Boden sowie Kalk und/oder hydraulischem Bindemittel (Baustoffgemisch) verfestigt ist. Diese Prüfung ist ausschließlich auf Böden anwendbar, deren Gehalt an Feinanteilen oder deren Kohäsion ausreicht, um ein Entformen des Probekörpers unmittelbar nach dessen Herstellung zu ermöglichen, ohne ihn zu beschädigen.
