Für ortsfeste vakuum-isolierte Kryo-Behälter, die für einen höchstzulässigen Druck von über 0,5 bar ausgelegt sind, sind die Anforderungen festgelegt. Für die Bemessung sind die notwendigen Berechnungsangaben vorhanden. Bedingungen für die Herstellung sind näher angegeben. Die erforderlichen Prüfungen sind beschrieben. In Anhängen sind zusätzliche Informationen zur Spannungsanalyse, für besondere Werkstoffe sowie über Druckbegrenzungs-Systeme enthalten. Hinweise auf Schutzeinrichtungen für den Außenmantel sind gegeben. Diese ÖNORM EN enthält die Europäische Berichtigung AC:2006, mit der die Bilder 4b), 5, 11, 14, 15, 17, 22, 23, 26, C.2 und F.1 ersetzt und die Legende 2 zu Bild 11, der Bemessungsfaktor zu den Bildern 12c) und 12e) und die Legende zu Bild 13 modifiziert wurden.
