Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der dynamischen Viskosität eines bitumenhaltigen Bindemittels über einen bestimmten Temperaturbereich mit einem Platte-Kegel-Viskosimeter fest. Das Prüfverfahren ist für alle ungealterten oder gealterten bitumenhaltigen Bindemittel (z. B. Straßenbaubitumen und polymermodifizierte Bitumen) vorgesehen. Es eignet sich auch für rückgewonnene bitumenhaltige Bindemittel nach EN 12697-3 und EN 12697-4 mit geringem Fülleranteil oder ganz ohne Füller.
