Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Durchlässigkeit der hinsichtlich Erythem gewichteten ultravioletten Strahlung für normgerecht konditionierte Bekleidungstextilien zur Feststellung ihrer Schutzeigenschaften gegen ultraviolette Sonnenstrahlung fest. Dieses Verfahren ist nicht für Textilien geeignet, die einen Schutz aus einem Abstand bieten, wie zum Beispiel Schirme, Konstruktionen zur Abschattung oder Vergleichbares. ANMERKUNG Diese Norm braucht nicht für Textilien mit kleinen Variationen in der Farbe und im Aufbau geeignet zu sein.
