Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Ochratoxin A in Gerste und Röstkaffee mit Reinigung an einer Immunoaffinitätssäule und Hochleistungs-Flüssigchromatographie (HPLC) fest. Das Verfahren wurde für Ochratoxin-A-Gehalte in Gerste von 0,1 µg/kg bis 4,5 µg/kg und in Röstkaffee von 0,2 µg/kg bis 5,5 µg/kg validiert.
